BBQ Baked Beans & Brisket
Slowly simmering Nations Best® Corned Beef Brisket with baked beans and flavorful fixings makes an incredibly-rich pot of comfort that’s perfect with dogs, corn on the cob, coleslaw and sliced tomatoes. Nations Best® slightly smokier pastrami works well too, with warm cornbread to sop up the sauce!

Ingredients
- 2 cans (each 28 ounces) baked beans 
- 12 oz finely shredded or chopped Nations Best® Corned Beef Brisket 
- 1 1/2 c prepared barbecue sauce 
- 1 c dark brown sugar 
- 1/4 c grated onion 
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar 
- 2 Tbsp molasses 
- 2 Tbsp chili powder 
- 1 Tbsp dried mustard 
- 1 tsp liquid smoke 
Directions
Serves 8
- Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours. The longer the better!
