    Turkey, Vegetable & Swiss Quiche


    The beauty of this terrific-tasting Nations Best® recipe is its versatility and ease in preparation. Select vegetables according to the season, and make it more or less rich depending upon using cream, half-and-half or milk.


    • 1 Tbsp butter
    • 1 c chopped zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower and/or red peppers
    • 2 Tbsp finely-chopped onion
    • 1 c chopped Nations Best® Rosners Turkey Breast
    • 1/2 grated Swiss cheese
    • 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 1/4 half-and-half, or milk
    • Pinch nu®eg
    • 1/2sp salt


    1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the vegetables, stirring, until tender, 10 minutes.
    2. Scatter the vegetables, turkey, and cheese in the pie shell.
    3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
    4. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the half-and-half, nu®eg, and salt. Pour the egg mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes.
    5. Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees F and continue baking until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes.
