    Turkey, Broccoli & Cheddar Pie


    Easy to prepare in larger quantities, this pie holds well and creates a crust on the sides and bottom that helps the Nations Best® Rosner’s Turkey Breast remain moist.


    • Butter, for greasing
    • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    • 2 1/2 (12 oz) grated Cheddar cheese
    • 1 1/2 diced Nations Best® Rosner’s Turkey Breast
    • 2/3 c chopped onion
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 1/3 c milk
    • c baking mix
    • Salt & freshly-ground black pepper, to taste


    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly butter a 10-inch pie plate.
    2. Combine the broccoli, 2 cups of the cheese, the turkey and the onion in the pie plate.
    3. Beat the eggs with the milk, baking mix, and salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into the pie plate. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2up of the cheese.
    4. Bake the pie until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
