    The Russian Reuben with Egg Noodles!


    Reuben sandwiches are popular because they’re delicious. We’ve taken this classic sandwich, and created an incredible pasta that tosses traditional Reuben ingredients with hot egg noodles, topped with flavorful scallions. Try with Nations Best® Pastrami, instead, for a smokier kick.


    • 8 oz uncooked medium egg noodles
    • 8 oz diced Nations Best® Corned Beef Round
    • 1 can (15 oz) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    • 2 c grated Swiss cheese
    • 1/2 c Russian dressing
    • 2 scallions, thinly-sliced on the diagonal


    1. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water, according to package directions. Drain.
    2. Place the noodles in a large bowl and toss with the corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, Russian dressing.
    3. Serve hot or room temperature with scallions sprinkled on top.
