    Tex-Mex Turkey Tortilla Bake


    You dont need to travel south of the border to enjoy this crunchy, cheesy dish that layers Nations Best® Rosners Turkey, salsa and olives over cheese and chips. Great for all ages and for any event!


    • Butter, for greasing
    • 5 c shredded Nations Best® Rosners Turkey Breast
    • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
    • c green chile salsa
    • 1/2 chopped ripe olives
    • 1/2 coarsely-chopped onions
    • tsp ground cumin
    • 8 corn tortillas, cut in strips, or corn chips
    • 2 c each grated Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter a 13x9x2-inch casserole dish.
    2. In a bowl, combine the turkey, mushroom soup, chiles, salsa, olives, onions and cumin.
    3. Scatter half of the tortilla strips over the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Cover with half of the turkey mixture and then all of the Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat with the remaining tortilla strips, the remaining turkey mixture, and the Cheddar cheese.
    4. Bake until bubbly, about 45 minutes. Serve hot or microwave to reheat.
