    Spicy Turkey BLT Wraps

    Serves 5

    Turn up the heat with these easy-to-prepare Nations Best® Turkey club wraps. Chiles in adobo sauce, made with chile peppers stewed in spiced tomatoes, garlic and vinegar, make these wraps taste extra special. Theyre typically available in the Mexican food section of your local grocer.

    *Please Note: When touching chiles, wear plastic gloves for protection, or be careful not to touch your face and to wash your hands afterwards to avoid getting burned.


    • 3 c shredded Nations Best® Seasoned Turkey Breast
    • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1 large tomato, coarsely-chopped
    • 1 chile in adobo sauce, seeded and minced*
    • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
    • 4 large (9 inch) flour tortillas
    • 2 c shredded iceberg lettuce


    1. Combine the turkey, bacon, tomato, chile and mayonnaise in a bowl.
    2. Place the tortillas on a work surface. Spoon the turkey mixture evenly down the center of the tortillas and top with the lettuce. Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling, fold in the sides and then roll closed.
    3. Cut in half and serve.
