Just about everyone, young and old, enjoys eating Pigs-in-a-Blanket. Now, Nations Best® Pastrami keeps itself warm and cozy in a creamy, mustard-slathered blanket. You can also prepare this with Nations Best® Corned Beef!

    • 2 tubes (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
    • 8 oz Nations Best® Pastrami, sliced paper-thin
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/3 c Dijon mustard
    • Salt & freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
    • 2 Tbsp grated onion
    • 1 Tbsp snipped fresh chive

    • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
    • Separate the crescent rolls into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make two smaller triangles.
    • Cut the pastrami into 1 x 2-inch strips.
    • Combine the cream cheese, mustard, onion, and chives in a small bowl.
    • Spread 1 ½ tsp of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle up to ½ -inch of the pointed end. Lay 3 pieces of the pastrami at wide end of triangle and then roll up the crescent, beginning at the wide end.
    • Place the crescents on an ungreased baking sheet, 1 inch apart, point side down. Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
