    P.L.T. (Pastrami, Lettuce & Tomato)


    Our spin on an old favorite, the bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, should become a new classic. Reubens, watch out! You don’t need rye bread and mustard for this winning combination!


    • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
    • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
    • 6 oz thinly-sliced Nations Best®Bottom Round Pastrami
    • Lettuce leaves
    • 2 slices ripe tomato


      • Heat Nations Best®pastrami slices in a large skillet over medium heat, until crispy
      • Spread one side of each slice of toast with mayonnaise.
      • Lay the pastrami over the mayonnaise on one slice and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
      • Cover with the second piece of toast, mayonnaise side down. Cut in half and serve immediately.
