    Corned Beef Pasta Salad


    From the first bite, you’ll agree… Absolutely scrumptious. This pasta salad is highly versatile as it works with many of our other famous cuts like Nations Best® Corned Beef, Pastrami or Turkey.


    • 8 oz uncooked penne
    • 10 oz diced Nations Best® Corned Beef Round
    • 4 plum tomatoes, diced
    • 1 small red onion, thinly slivered
    • 1 c crumbled feta cheese
    • 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/4 c chopped fresh dill
    • Salt & freshly-ground pepper to taste


    1. Cook the penne in boiling salted water, according to package directions. Drain.
    2. Place the penne in a large bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients. Toss and serve hot or room temperature.
