Turkey, Broccoli & Cheddar Pie

Easy to prepare in larger quantities, this pie holds well and creates a crust on the sides and bottom that helps the Nations Best® Rosner's Turkey Breast remain moist.

Ingredients
- Butter, for greasing
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 1/2 (12 oz) grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 diced Nations Best® Rosner's Turkey Breast
- 2/3 c chopped onion
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/3 c milk
- c baking mix
- Salt & freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly butter a 10-inch pie plate.
- Combine the broccoli, 2 cups of the cheese, the turkey and the onion in the pie plate.
- Beat the eggs with the milk, baking mix, and salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into the pie plate. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2up of the cheese.
- Bake the pie until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
