Pastrami & Monterey Jack Wraps

Wraps are easy to prepare and taste great with a wide range of ingredients. We've chosen to melt Monterey Jack cheese in a wrap filled with warmed Nations Best® Pastrami, coleslaw and salsa. For more heat, choose a spicy salsa, or add hot sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb thinly-sliced Nations Best® Bottom Round Pastrami, warmed
- 6 large (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 c coleslaw
- 3/4 c salsa
- 12 thin slices Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- Lay the tortillas on a work surface and mound the pastrami evenly down the center leaving 1 inch on the edges. Top evenly with coleslaw and salsa and then cover with the cheese.
- Fold the wrap envelope style. Turn one side up over the filling, then fold in the 2 sides, and finally roll shut.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the wraps, 2 at a time, turning them, until they color slightly and the cheese melts, about 7 minutes.
- Cut the wraps in half, diagonally and serve immediately.
