Our spin on an old favorite, the bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, should become a new classic. Reubens, watch out! You don't need rye bread and mustard for this winning combination!

Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 oz thinly-sliced Nations Best®Bottom Round Pastrami
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 slices ripe tomato
Directions
- Heat Nations Best®pastrami slices in a large skillet over medium heat, until crispy
- Spread one side of each slice of toast with mayonnaise.
- Lay the pastrami over the mayonnaise on one slice and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Cover with the second piece of toast, mayonnaise side down. Cut in half and serve immediately.
