Grilled Pastrami Reuben

Everyone has their favorite Reuben sandwich. This one is ours. It's a classic. Don't mess with it.

Ingredients
- Russian Dressing
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp sweet pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp butter, at room temperature
- 4 slices marble rye bread
- 12 oz thinly-sliced Nations Best® First Cut Pastrami
- 4 oz drained sauerkraut
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
- Combine the Russian Dressing ingredients.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and Russian Dressing on the other.
- On two slices of bread, cover the dressing side with the pastrami, sauerkraut, and cheese. Cover with the remaining slices of bread, dressing side down.
- Cook the sandwiches in a skillet over medium-high heat, pressing down on them with the back of a spatula, until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side. Cut in half and serve immediately.
