BBQ Baked Beans & Brisket

Slowly simmering Nations Best® Corned Beef Brisket with baked beans and flavorful fixings makes an incredibly-rich pot of comfort that's perfect with dogs, corn on the cob, coleslaw and sliced tomatoes. Nations Best® slightly smokier pastrami works well too, with warm cornbread to sop up the sauce!


  • 2 cans (each 28 ounces) baked beans
  • 12 oz finely shredded or chopped Nations Best® Corned Beef Brisket
  • 1 1/2 c prepared barbecue sauce
  • 1 c dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp dried mustard
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours. The longer the better!
